Myself and others continue to receive medical bills claiming we owe money for appointments and related procedures from years ago despite disputing same claims with receipts and patient ledger’s provided by the practice.
It is very concerning that multiple people have had similar issues. It is very concerning that this practice refuses any form of electric payment, only cash. I have had to go to the gas station across the street to get money from an ATM to pay for my appointments.
It is very concerning that they continue to bill me regardless of having had the practice go over bills and statements with me personally and confirm payment is complete.
