Ordered a laser engraver from this company. Product was advertised as "plug and play." Instead it came in about 100 pieces and didn't include instructions for assembly or use. Contacted customer service via email. They were unhelpful, refused to acknowledge error or my request for a refund. Finally figured out how to put this thing together after finding a youtube demo, but it does not function well at all. Checked company's website and they have no physical address that I can find. Supposedly in the US but package came from China. They have a Facebook page with only bad reviews. Please take these [censored] down.
