I ordered engraved earrings on 10/19/21. I never received an update. I reached out via email on 11/5 and received a generic response. I tried calling the 855 number but never got an answer. I requested a refund and received a second generic email. I called my bank to dispute the charge and be refunded. I never received a shipping number or order status update. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. This is a scam.

I ordered 6 personalized gold necklaces with my brothers fingerprint as well as 1 gold initial heart necklace, totaling $150
I was told back in December that my order was already processed and on its way. I later was told that my order was lost?!?! I was offered a full refund or replacement which I have not received either one. I keep getting the run around by customer service. I have saved all emails and order info. I just want my money back at this point!

I ordered a pair of name earrings & their website added a symbol at the end of the name. I never wanted the symbol, just the name, & there’s no way to proof your order before placing it. I reached out to them, because I only wanted the name & they won’t do anything. Horrible website, non/existing proof process & terrible customer service. Took forever to receive too.

I purchased a personalized necklace. When I placed my order I used all capital letters. The chain arrived...with all caps. Otherwise, it is lovely. ? I am placing another order. This time spelled as it should be.

These people are [censored]ing scammers purchased my item over a month still haven't received it tracking number say it's been shipped back to the shipper but get no response when I emailed engraved I'm so pissed there's no number to call cause the number is a British number and I'm in America [censored] just don't make any sense

I've never heard of this company I heard of it through my friend who showed me her product that she received from this company so I thought everything was a good go. I placed the order on April the 28th 2020 here it is May the 27th 2020 I have yet to receive my product. I have been emailing this company back to back the person that I'm emailing seems to not really have any empathy to that this product was a Mother's Day gift It wasn't just something personally for myself. I keep getting the same response it's in transit but however my transit is still telling me that it's in New York City Oceanside to be exact postal service. So I contacted my postal service who responded back immediately and informed me that my package never left the origin which means that clear as day that I have been getting the runaround my credit card was charged they do not give out refunds. I didn't know any of this I feel like such a fool because I have already lost out on a Mother's Day gift and a gift for others in my family sentimental value. I wish to be fully refunded my money because I don't know what else to do who else to speak with they're located in British Columbia I'm in American. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone anyone.

I hope that you contacted your credit card company to dispute the charge & you received a credit to your card. I was just about to place an order, but with all of the horrible reviews I am NOT! Order from Sundance...owned by Robert Redford...beautiful jewelry & reputable?
