EnergyAid sent us an official looking mailer that claimed the company we purchased our solar system from (Net Zero Solar) was out of business. When we opened the mailer they said that Net Zero Solar ceased operations and that they (EnergyAid) could handle our solar and battery repair and maintenance moving forward.

I immediately looked up Net Zero Solar with Arizona Registrar of Contractors ... their license is active and valid. My husband contacted Net Zero Solar. They told him they recently had other customers contact them who had received similar mailers from this scammer. They also told us that they were doing well and continue to be doing business.
