I called to set up my electric account in Russellville, Ar where we just bought a new home. I called the first number listed under Entergy Arkansas at the top of the google search. The company answered quick energy services and said they were accounting department for Entergy. They said they were setting up my account and turning my electric on. Took my social and debit card to do the deposit. Charged me the money and then would not give me an account number or any information reguarding my new electric service. they just told me its all taken care of not issues. I suspected fraud so i turned off my debit card immediatelly. They tried to use my debit card again the next morning.
