I was contacted by this company when I posted a picture of my foster care journey with my own children. They claimed that a portion of their proceeds went to help foster children all over the US. They gave me a discount code and asked me to just tag them in a picture, wearing my bracelet, when I received it. I purchased one bracelet and messaged them on Instagram and emailed them after I had not received any product or shipping info for months. I was excited to receive this bracelet and tell our other foster family friends and case workers about such a great small business. They finally responded to my email over 2 months after my purchase. But they never said that they would refund or get anything shipped to me. I purchased my bracelet on May 24, 2019. It is now Aug 18, 2019 and they have ignored my request for a refund. I saw many other comments in the last few months that were on their Instagram account that say they were scammed out of money. They have even scammed small buisness owners out of much more money than I!!
