I called Enerbank to ask for deferment of my load because of hardship. The man said that he would transfer my call. He told me first that I qualified for a $100 shopping spree...all I had to pay was the taxes. I told him I couldn't...I don't have money. I insisted on me paying for this tax. He wanted my bank information. He wanted some type of account information from me! When I refused, he said that he would have to give me another number to call. Gave me 18005551212 and it was a disconnected number. I feel all these months I have been paying a fake financial institution. I looked at the consumer comments about them and all of them say the same thing. Who tries to trick someone into giving up their financial information???
