I ordered 1 device from them but was charged and received 4 despite me immediately requesting to cancel my order. When I received the order I contacted them multiples time though email, and though their online support page requesting directions on how to return my order. They have a 30 day return policy however they were refusing to contact me back so I filed a dispute with paypal. Paypal closed the dispute siding with Enence and that is when Enence finally contacted me claiming there was an ongoing claim or dispute with PayPal and to make solving this easier and without confusion, they will respond to my query via PayPal as soon as possible. Due to the the dispute being closed with paypal I cant message the buyer though paypal. I continued to request for instructions on how and where to return my order and they refused to provide me with that information. They are now not responding at all.

Purchased translator device online from website on November 19, 2022. Within 3 minutes, changed my mind and tried to cancel order that same day. Immediately called Customer Service Team to cancel order and representative said--"too late, order already processed" and then attempted to sell me a long term subscription at a discount rather than return product. Told representative I wanted full refund and very difficult to believe the product was already processed and shipped given I had only ordered it 3 minutes ago. Representative then attempted to sell other product/service. Again refused and insisted I be allowed to cancel order get full refund. Representative said then I would have to follow instructions online to return product once it was delivered. Website does not advertise location of company and upon following instructions learned return site is in Lithuania, and that I would have to pay postage and only get small portion of payment back because I'd be charged a re-stocking fee. This made the economics of returning the product not worth it, checked online and discovered others who had tried to return the product were having the same difficulty. At that point it was the principal of feeling scammed , so I went ahead and waited for the product to be delivered, then immediately followed the return instructions to the letter, paying $59.75 for postage to return the $89.00 product on December 6, 2022. The website says to "be patient" when trying to return the product for a refund. I recently got the product returned in the same envelope on 1/23/23 unopened with a return label stating the package was "Unclaimed." Obviously, if I try to return it again the same thing is likely to happen and I will be forced to pay another exorbitant postage fee alone. This company makes it incredibly difficult to return the product even when done 3 minutes after purchase, and if you insist upon a refund and try to follow its instructions, it just won't pick up the product at its designated return location. By the point you discover this, so much time has passed it is expected that if you try again they will claim too much time has elapsed to accept a product for a full refund or they just won't pick up the product.
