They've been taking $112 a month for a year and a half out of my account and then when I finally need help roadside assistance they refuse to give me a tow truck and instead they sent a gangster thug in a Mercedes telling me my problem is a jump start when I'd requested a tow truck 15 times and talk to three different people including a supervisor. For 29 hours I have been trying to get a tow truck to tow my truck to the Dodge dealership to get it fixed and they are refusing. They're giving me the runaround then insult me they called me a liar they laughed at me they hang up on me constantly put me on hold forever and absolutely refused to solve this simple problem of giving me a tow that is in my contract this is the first time I've attempted to use my extended warranty. They're taking my money thousands of dollars and refused the service that they promised that is in my contract. And because my truck is broke down and I can't get it to a mechanic or pay to get it fixed my boss fired me and now my girl is telling me if I don't get the truck fixed and I don't get back to work and pay these bills she's going to leave me. There's a lot more to the story.
