Refuse to pay repairs they authorized

Took a week for a rep to look at the truck. Took another week to approve the repair. After repairs were made that they authorized, they refused payment and stuck me with $3500 to get my truck back. They are a scam and these 5 star reviews are fake.

Same pink card as so many other scams. This is supposed to be a legit business BUT 808 complaints with Better Business Bureau. Also this alert from BBB:Since May 2019, the BBB serving Chicago and Northern Illinois has requested on multiple instances for Endurance Warranty Services, LLC to modify, or discontinue their promotional mailers being distributed nationwide. The businesses mailers contained aggressive and confusing language, that often intimidated consumers. In addition, the mailers were being distributed in envelopes resembling Federal Tax Documents.

The BBB Code of Advertising states that, "The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate/modify any claims or offers made before publication or broadcast, and upon request, present such substantiation/modification promptly to the advertising medium or the Better Business Bureau."

The BBB has monitored the mailers recently being circulated by Endurance Warranty Services, LLC. As of 4/30/2020, it has been determined that these mailers appear to meet the BBB Code of Advertising.

Due to the number of ad challenges that the BBB has completed in the last 3 years for the business, the rating for Endurance Warranty Services, LLC will be impacted.

Company claims my warranty wasn't active. I had to pay them $3400 in order to activate warranty. My warranty was purchased through my dealership and was in no way affiliated with these people. They use scare tactics to try an get people's money. They are dishonest con-artists.

Scammer sent a document claiming my vehicle warranty has or is about to expire. The document came without a return address or a clear indicator of the company offering the extended warranty. The document lists "ENDURANCE" as the program but that is the only mention of the possible company anywhere on the document. Also, this program name is not displayed prominently like most advertisement documents display it.

The document says they have tried to contact me several times which is not true. It also has a deadline to call and apply to their scam. I called the number on the document and the lady I spoke with was condescending. One thing she said was, "have you heard of the internet?". She also claimed Endurance is A+ accredited with the BBB, which I verified it is not. She couldn't give me the address of the office, just that I should look them up online. I have the entire call recorded.

I didn't make it far enough in the call to be asked for money. I asked to be removed from their list. I fear that they will take advantage of many other people.
