I get scam calls about vehicle service plans all the time, can not stop them

now I received a letter in the mail from one of the scammers

I have not had a vehicle since 1981, and it was in New Jersey

Received mailing stating that a price increase on my original car warranty, that I needed to pay more because the cost of part and service has gone up. for a flat fee of $279.00 I would be covered until 2026. Steve was the rep, I foolishly believe his line and gave a credit card number, next I received in the mail a whole new car warranty to the tune of $5000.00 dollars. they would bill my credit card each month for$278.00, which is a third card billing company Mepco. What a scam, only hoping to resolve this mess! I personally to have received the phone calls about car warranty and strongly ignore, but this was a new level of deceit because they had all my information.

They have nothing to do with any dealership and when I confronted person on it she got angry and I cursed her out and she called me back from a private number asking me whose this.

I received a postcard in the mail and called the business when I talked with him and he told me to pay 298.00 immediately because my warranty was up and then they asked for 177.00 plus car note monthly then I told him that's too much and he said to stay on the phone and if I don't do it they would take the car, he became rude and I disconnected the call. I called back and told them I was going to report them and asked to speak with a mgr to report the CSR to which she asked me to verify my info and stated the mgr was not available.

Although ScamPulse.com says the company supplied a plan to stop their scamming, I just received a letter still phishing for an extended vehicle service plan with a price increase. I have no plan with this company. What does it take to shut these "businesses" down??

I have been mailed informing me that my warranty is or has expired and an example of what things would cost without their warranty I have also been contacted by phone from other companies to the point of feeling harassed, all of this is a waste of time and resources and wish they would stop. I haven't ever had a warranty on my vehicle.

I received the letter below that looks like I am supposed to worry about some kind of vehicle payment. I do not own a vehicle. I never did anything with this but just thought I should report it as other people might respond to a similar letter. It seems interested in people who speak Spanish. I don’t but my first name sounds Spanish.

I received a letter with no return address...from a "Vehicle Document Alert Notice". This letter states that all previous attempts to contact me have failed and this is the last offer of an extension to my car warranty. They even supply a sample bill ($12,914.75) of what repairs might cost if I don't have the warranty. In the area where it should list the make of the car, they say "Call to Verify". I don't OWN a car! The other red flags were no address & no website& no specific car details.
