It started with a person named Jess texting me like he was my best friend. He states at the provided Link is my $500. Walmart Gift Card. Since I have been entering contests online I thought maybe this was something real even though I had not entered anything to Wal-Mart. So I Clicked on the Link. At first I was led to a Survey and then a site that said for $1.00 Fee I could Claim my $500.00 Gift Card for doing the Survey about Wal-Mart and my experience shopping there.

I decided to do a Search for Wal-Mart Survey Scams and was led to the BBB. I found Links to Walmart Support and emailed them. Still waiting for response but I just sent it. And I found this similar Scam and added this incident to it.

I went back to get information from that first text and realized who ever this is doing the Scam has already changed the Page that Link sends you to if Clicking from that text message. Now it says I have a $2,000 Gift Card waiting for me.

So that is it

Thank goodness I did not go after it and give up all my credit card info.
