Was dropped of 14500, paid 7550 for account upgrade 3800 for currency exchange and 1750 for late payment fee but still they want another 2750 before my funds are released

I invested R2000 to get R15000 but it never happened I've already paid R14500 for currency exchange, upgrade and late payment fee but yet they still want another late payment fee. Every time I will be told to pay a certain amount and immediately after paying it the manager would go off line for hours and when she logs in she will tell me to pay for something else it is a never ending story just don't know what to do anymore

I put in a very small amount of money and they will not let me withdraw, until I add more money. Which is when I realized they are a false company.
