I was aquiring about an apartment near me in smithfield nc that had been on the market for sometime. I got in touch with I thought was the owner they gave me a code to go look at the place. I put in my application and ask when will I get to meet them to give them the money for application fees and rent and deposit cause I do not trust nothing online especially if it has Avoids Scams. They texted back told me to keep my money cause they already had a number of applicants and thats not how the guy talked the day before that. He was very intererested in us renting the apartment. My credit is great and so is my rental history. I think because I refuse to make payment online and wanted to see him he decided to back off tentants beware.
