I was approached about an administrative position for the company Apex Group LTD. I researched the company and saw that it was a legitimate company and I researched the name of the person that I was contacting through Microsoft teams. The name was P**** ********. He has a LinkedIn Profile that shows he is the interim chief of human resources at Apex Group. Therefore, I proceeded with the interview. The interview was done fully over text on Microsoft teams. Once I answered all of his questions, he ignored any of the questions I asked in response. Then provided me with a list of office equipment that I would need. He then said that the company would send a check to me to purchase this equipment from a vendor. No phone call or emails were provided to me.
