Enair Energy is legit, but this offer is not.

Conducted an interview over "Telegram", which was immediately sketch. The reason I even entertained it was because the "Enair" brand is very much a legit company with a Glassdoor profile, employee reviews and everything. Interview questions and process were actually quite professional. The job offer email had a professionally made 30 page code of conduct packet, professional offer letter with the CEO signature, and W-4 form in the job offer email. This combined with the fact that the interviewer names and key people all checked out on LinkedIn profiles made it all the more official looking. The more I think about it, it could have just been a legit company taking part in fraudulent practices. I am not naive, so before filling out the "job acceptance" and W-4 form, I asked to speak directly with someone on the phone or via zoom to ask questions. Person blocked me on telegram and disappeared immediately lol. It always feels good when you catch the scammer before surrendering any of your vital information. LOOK OUT FOR THIS OR ANYTHING LIKE IT. Telegram interview is almost a sure sign of a scam. Ask to speak to someone earlier on, so that you don't waste any more time than you have to.
