I bought a kitten from a Cattery in Manitoba/ Canada. This people were supposed to ship the kitten to me in Ontario. They never did. They asked for several payments e.g., health insurance, and crate replacement due to critical condition of the kitten. I sent them &1030 CAD through western union. I sent this money to SERGE MISHIMBO NTSE in Yaounde Ozda/ Cameroon with phone number : +23777-92-8951. I have never received my kitten.
