I ordered a dress online, came in, was very cheaply made, horrible quality, I accepted to pay and return the product to get my money back, once I got the return label I learned that im not getting my money back, they said they're giving me gift card that I can buy something with them again, im never shopping there for couple reason, cheap and bad quality product, size is not correct and what if I order again and comes wrong, I left them a review and it never went up, they're telling me sometimes take 6 months to a year for the review to go up, like what? they have few reviews and all good reviews, its obvious that they're scamming people, I have been united state for 15 years and even most expensive brands will let you Retun and give you full refund, they're lying about the quality of their product, reviews are lie, you buy the product and its small or whatever, then you want to Retun it and look back but you come found out your not only not getting your money but also paying more to return the product, this is wrong, it shouldn't be allowed, I never return anything but this one is really bad in every way and they didn't even try to work it out with me, I filed the claim with my bank but needed to report them because I am positive they're making so much money doing this, they have no address or phone number in their website or anywhere.
