Offers credit for people with bad credit such as the shopping site finger Hut.com however they advertise 3-5 business days for delivery and require a deposit prior to shipping the item. After that the buyer makes a monthly payment until the item is paid for. In this case I have been waiting since October 28 2016 to receive information On the order. No information has been received. I have called numerous time and receive the same answer for it a week. Well I called again tonight and said to cancel the account and item and have refused to do so.

They are offering discount items on credit and then charging markups on shipping on upwards of 20000% of the actual shipping charge. (A perfect example of this is the Seagate Backup Plus 1 TB 2.5" External Hard Drive - Red (item code: EM114063) http://www.emporium.com/products/info_by_code/EM114063 ). This is a small item which could almost fit in a regular size envelope, and is not overly fragile. they charge a total $2,340 dollars for shipping. Note: not Shipping & Handling, Shipping. They proceed to do this over and over, but when you email them (Which I've attempted multiple times, through multiple accounts) you receive no response, and when you call, you suddenly lose your call when you start asking too many questions.

I'm not asking for money merely an investigation into whether this is actually a legal practice, as I know there is precedent towards exorbitant shipping charges.
