Employment - The Blue Bird Network Reports & Reviews (1)

I applied for a job on Indeed.com with Paradise Beauty & Spa and they informed me that they had filled the position but their partner was looking for an assistant so they passed my resume along to them. After a few emails back and forth they offered me a job working remotely doing customer service/IT type work. I started on Feb 5th, and on my first day they taught me a bit about crypto and then transferred me $3000 which I was to deposit into a crypto wallet to "pay for services requested by our clients". Over the next few days they had me set up accounts on Indeed to post job listings for a client, but the gmail accounts that I was given to use were almost brand new, and the accounts I had set up have not been interacting with people applying for these jobs at all. In my employment contract I am supposed to be working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but since yesterday my HR representative, the only person in the company I actually know how to contact, has been ignoring all of my messages. I am not really sure what is going on, as there was no issue at all that would cause me to be ignored like this. I have a strange feeling about the organization and am worried it may be a front for money laundering or something else like that. I really don't know but it seems to be a somewhat shady organization. Most of the links on their website link to broken pages that do not exist. I sent them a photo of myself and my drivers license for my company account, and they have sent me a crypto wallet ID, have had me create one myself, and have sent me a credit card number to pay for a service that I set up. I am supposed to be getting paid this Friday, the 16th, but I am quite skeptical that I will be paid, which would leave me in a very difficult position financially. I'm not sure what can be done, whether it is malicious or incompetence, but I think it should be investigated at least to prevent any other potential clients or employees from being scammed or misled.
