Received a text stating ""Hi, I'm Ms. Ruth McInnis, I am the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sultan Ventures and I'm please to inform you that your resume posted online has been reviewed and forwarded to the Management Team of Sultan Ventures for an interview are you available and willing to undergo this interview?" I responded asking where they found my resume because "I don't seem to have an application confirmation from Sultan Ventures."

I have been putting in applications everywhere. I recieved an email stating they like my application and my resume. I had a gut feeling it was to good to be true they were offering high pay with little qualifications and wanted a lot lof personal information for an "internal assesment" i emailed them and told them i did not feel it was real i could not find the company anywhere. I am going with my gut and not sending anything. Posted email here ( Dear ********* We appreciate your keen interest in our organization. After carefully reviewing your application, we were truly impressed by the contents of your resume. As a result, we are actively considering you for a position within our company. However, prior to extending a formal offer, we request your participation in our internal assessment process. This assessment helps us gain valuable insights into our employees and their capabilities.

To move forward with the assessment, we ask that you provide us with the following information for review:

• A clear and high-resolution photograph of both the front and back of your Identification Document. It is important that all edges and corners are visible and the text is easily legible.

Please ensure the photo is not blurry and that the flash does not obscure any information or your face. We only accept photos in standard image format, and scanning is not permitted.

• A recent selfie capturing your entire head facing directly towards the camera. Please refrain from using any photo effects or wearing headwear.

• The last four digits of your Social Security number.
