Was a victim of pandemic unemployment fraud, I was not able to access my unemployment benefits due to the fact that another individual claimed my insurance in my previously married name with my social security number. A name I have not used in over 7 years. I lost all of my benefits.

I received a text message which I included an image of indicating that I have 3 unread unemployment insurance messages and for me to click the link to view my messages at my ESD account. I am not collecting unemployment benefits, so I’m pretty sure I do not have any messages. The message is from a weird email and the link is weird too.

I did not click on anything.
