Edgar Gutierrez reached out to me on Upwork regarding an application I submitted for a personal assistant position for his construction company. I asked to speak with him on the phone and he refused. We communicated back and forth some and then I signed a contract for employment. After the contract he said he needed my credit card to make payroll deposits. I provided and a week later fraudulent charges showed on my card. I asked Edgar about it and he recognized the merchants and said they will drop off. They never did. Edgar made several charges to my credit card and I was never paid for my service. I attached employment contract for reference.
