I was employed by panda shippers, and I worked for approximately a month. I received no compensation for my labor/employment for the time I was hired. I was scammed, just like many others. They promised me 3200 for working the duration of the month, and then 800 every week afterwards. I made every delivery on time, and when I received a package they wouldn’t send me a shipping label for it. So, I tried contacting them about receiving a shipping label, and that’s when all communication was cut short. I left innumerable messages trying to contact @michael Gordon, as well as Michael Riddic, but to my surprise no avail. I wanted to know what legal actions can I take to combat this issue?

I was hired by Maria Gordon HR for Panda Shippers. I filled out the hiring agreement and w-2. She assigned me a manager Maria Wilson. [email protected] and [email protected]. I was to get paid 3200.00 plus mileage and office supplies, The control panel was totally legit and easy to navigate. 3o days went by with no pay. I had several conversations with Maria Wilson throughout the month and one time was specifically to verify she had all she needed for payroll. She stated all looked good. She even called me one time to let me know she was adding a 75.00 bonus to one of my orders. Who are these people? My last order was 10 boxes with around 29,000 of guitar strings and straps. There was Patagonia, gap Victoria's Secret diamonds etc. I will be researching to find these people. Not like they will ever pay. Totally my bad decision.

Been working for this company for over a month and received and delivered over 35 boxes worth over $50,000 of merchandise. This company has de- fraud me over $6000 of employment and supplies that was used.
Any advice?
will be seeking legal representation.

He hired as quality inspector
He gave me agreement
and control panel
now nor connect on me
I have spent month
for this job
my work is inspect the package and re shipped out the package

I work for him 1 month
when it's time to salary, he closed all numbers website and email and panel
