 On March 28, I received a friends request on Facebook. She contacted me back on Messenger. She had just received a $200,000 grant from ECAB. Wanted to know if I had applied. On the 29th, gave me the  phone number. Called. Got  Voice mail. Hung up without giving information. Was texted a few minutes later by a ECAB federal agent, Linda Ward. Told me the grant was "for disabled, young, old, retired to help pay bills..." Called it Federal ECAB Compensation Grant fund. I did give her my name. She checked to see if my name was on the list. It was. She asked, "...are you ready to claim your money in order to give you your claiming requirement?"

Stopped giving information and called my friend who was unaware of any of this. Looked like she had been hacked. I texted back that this was a scam on retired people and that I would be contacting law enforcement. Ward responded back that, "No this program is real and legit. Meant to help old, young, and retired to pay for their old bills and have a  house."

Sorry I don't know how to transfer Messenger and texting from my iPhone.
