They are persistent in the business filling out a google form gathering information about the business payroll details. They called from two numbers 619-378-7365 and 209-431-1128 and from other virtual numbers. They really wanted the business to provide information and said that the business qualified to get money from the government through the ERC program. They said it qualified for 26 thousand per employee, even after being informed that payroll taxes paid were not even close to that amount. After talking to the rep and telling them we were not interested they passed to the "owner" and manager in charge. I told them I thought they were a fraud because of their persistence to gather information. They target spanish speaking business owners at the end of the conversation the "owner" said to go *** my mom. I told them where they were registered and thats why the rep passed me to his boss the "owner" he said wyoming and told him I could not find his business. He then says that he too did research on me and provided public information available thru my number. They tried to intimidate me, just so they can help me qualify for ERC.
