They stole $100 from me! Never sent the items, said they would refund me within 7 days, but it's been 2 months and nothing! They refuse to respond to any messages and I don't know what to do! I wish I had an address for them. I'm so upset!

I came across this site, empirebargain.com, showing fabulous prices on name brand items. I ordered 2 electric kettles. I then started reading reviews on this site. People noted they ordered items, never received them, their credit cards were charged, despite attempts made, they received no response from customer service.

The next day, I then reached out to the sites customer service, asking to cancel the order before it was processed. I immediately received a response that my card was refunded the amount. That never happened. Despite my subsequent email attempts telling them I hadn't been refunded, asking for updates on its status, I received no response form empirebaragain.com.

empirebargain.com does not exist anymore, on the web, that I can find. I did find a suspiciously, similarly looking site, with the same cust service email address called : fiftydollargeneral.com. BEWARE.
