You can reach us directly at 7-168-989-8505 by 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time today or you may press zero now to speak to one of our resolution specialist. Hello this is a courtesy reminder from Empire asset management to inform you that your scheduled payment for the settlement of file number#####. Will be debited from your account in two days. You may disregard this message if there's no problem with your payment. You can reach us directly at 7-168-989-8505 by 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time today or you may press zero now to speak to one of our resolution specialist. When I called them back they told me I owed money on a car that was paid in full (cash) the day it was purchased. On top of that, it was traded in to a dealership when I purchased my new vehicle in 2012. I informed them you can't trade in a vehicle with a lien and they got angry and yelled at me. Told me I owed over $7,000 and if I didn't pay they would take me to court and the fee's would be higher. I asked who I owed the money to and they couldn't give me the info, just told me I owed it and better pay. I told them to take me to court.

A man called me and said he is going to take 686.00 out of my account for a pay loan at Shoreline loans! I told him he is not taking nothing out of my account because I have never had a loan with them and he said I did this online back in 2013! He said the money went in my account and I havnt paid on it yet and I am going to face a judge and be charged with fraud! I told him good I will face the judge then! I contacted my bank and they looked it up and there was a transfer that I had made to another bank that was my account! Have no idea how he knew that amount in my account! Must of been a good guess because it was not the loan that he said that put it in my bank! My bank called him and he said his name was Joe Smith! The Bank investigated it and found out it was a scam! Made my Day to hear it was just a scam! I worried for no reason!
