On 05/21/22 I ordered 420 rounds of Federal American Eagle Ammo 5.56 x 45mm NATO 62 grain, order # 3183, from Empire Ammo Shop for the amount of $170.00. I paid with my debit card and the amount was deducted from my account immediately. I never received a confirmation email, nor did I hear anything from them in the days after. I tried calling them but there is only a recording that leads to nowhere. Their chat does not work, nor does their website (on second glance). I finally contacted them via their email address and got the following answers: "We still have not received your payment that’s the reason your package has not yet been shipped." I advised that I had banking information proof and they responded with: "Sir you might have made the payment but we having troubles on our end so you call your credit card company so they can charge back." This is the last I heard from them and my money is gone. In addition, they charged my account an additional $5.10 a day later, a so-called assessment fee. These people are fraudsters and must be stopped!!! Please help me to do so.
