Saw an ad via Facebook about quilts. I then ordered a quilt from Emma cotton (Ecrafta) online in November 2018 and realized much later it was a scam because I never received the quilt, nor did the company provide a phone number to call. I did send an email in early December requesting a status to [email protected] and got a response from someone named Sophia telling me my order was processing and will be shipped soon. Then, Paypal sends me an email with shipping information, and reference a company named Imedia Advertising Service and Trading CO, Ltd; email address [email protected] to contact if I have an issue.
