the Everyday Bag is a very cheap product produced in China and being sold by a unknown company that is probably an off-shore Chinese business that is selling a very cheap bag for $87.00 or more. While they talk about refunds and warranties they ultimately prove to be nothing but smoke. As someone has already posted, you will probably be instructed to send the product back to the factory in China at your cost.
