I was contacted through WhatsApp by Emilia to invest in their so called ant-mining pool. They promise to make you earn up to 2200 dollars per week by investing just 550 dollars. Sounded too good to be true, and so I asked for their revenue model. For anyone to invest x amount and receive 5 times of that as profit, the business needs to be illegitimate. This clearly had SCAM written all over it, but I made the mistake of investing cause I was desperate. But a lesson learned the hard-way, they say. After investing the initial 550 dollars, they suspended my account and asked me to invest on upgrades to withdraw the profits. Fool me once but not twice. This is where it was crystal clear that these guys are running a credit rotation scam. They take upgrade money from various clients and release few accounts while keeping everyone else hanging. I only lost 550 dollars, but it's a stark reminder to everyone, including me that there are no free lunches in this world.
