Individual called left a message on my cell phone by the name of Michael Davis. When I called the number to find out what it was regards to because the message left that I was going to be served either at work or at home and if I wanted to find out what my legal right was to avoid being served I could call. When I did that name was not available so a Parker Evans took my information as far as my name verified the last 4 of my social and the phone number he called me on. Explain to me I had an outstanding debt from 2008 that I needed to pay and the sooner I could get it done he would not cause me any hardship by serving me documentation that could end up costing me 8 to $10,000. He was willing to settle on a small dollar amount of $1,351.64.
