I ordered a rolling carryon luggage from Emetou in March. I never received my product, never got communication it wasn’t going to be delivered, and now the website isn’t even available to search for. I emailed and never got a reply back.

The order was for 2 rocking canvas chairs @ 19.96 each. I paid with my debit card. The payment went through. They have my money and I have this strange piece of material I think they sent. The package was marked as coming from an Amazon fullfillment center at 21005 64th Ave. S, Kent, Wa. 98032. They have a tracking place on the website, you put your email in it and hit track order, but of course nothing happens. They have my name and im hoping only the last 4 of my bank card. This is a total scam.

Initially the ad appeared to be through QVC in a Facebook ad. Item oredered was 3 Weekender bags. Said it was shipped in USA. Confirmation email was from Emetou still with QVC in email. Stated item was delivered and received a placemat with label on top of another label. Label underneath had the bags tracking number. Emailed company and they tried to negotiate a partial refund. Finally submitted Fraud claim through my bank and was refunded that way. Consumers beware!! This was not QVC at all but a highjacked ad!!

Clicked on link to order product (travel bag) advertised on social media. Link went to website of company but advertised a different, reputable company on their webpage, implying affiliation. Ordered product. Received an item not ordered (a large piece of cloth). Emailed customer service to request refund. Response stated refund would be issued. Refund not received.
