I was told I won a phone on Instagram from Emerson Electronics. On there page they are labeled as an authorized seller so I thought all was legit. I sent 325$ And haven’t received my phone. Sent the money by Apple Pay.

Paid for two iPhone xr's never got the product wont even answer calls I got information on a phone number when you dial the 800 number the voicemail says you've reached this number 231 489 5890 its registered to James Jones of Petoskey Michigan,49770 the person on the invoice receipt

The Instagram account seemed legit in selling electronics to people. They included customer reviews, an actual phone number, address, everything needed to make the business seem authentic. I tried purchasing some headphones. When communicating over text they used formal language. I payed them two payments of $190 because the scammer had told me that the 1st payment had not gone through. He later then told me to wait and that he would fix the issue, he ended up blocking me and I never did receive anything.
