At the time of purchase from this website their address was Buckeye, Arizona. That has now changed to Basin, Wyoming. I placed the order, made the payment through Zelle. I attempted to cancel the next morning at 6am. They responded (through chat) that the order was already shipped. Requested tracking information but that was not available. Requested refund several days later when tracking was still not available and received a robber emoji. I was then contacted by Transfarest Delivery Agency with a tracking number and a request for an additional $412 for their "door to door" delivery insurance. This was to be paid through Zelle to an individual (not the business) but was told I would receive a refund in cash when the delivery was made. A $75 fee would be added if payment was not received within 24 hours. I requested proof of shipment and received a photoshopped pic of package. As the package they pictured could not have possibly contained what I had ordered, I informed them of this, refusing to send payment until proof of shipment was received and never heard from them again. I contacted Emerald Gun Shop again for a refund but have had no response from them. This website is not legitimate although very convincing. The chat representative is cordial and responsive to questions up to the point they have your money. Do not expect to receive any merchandise ordered. Attempting fraudulent sales of guns and ammo should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!!!!!
