I ordered from this online shop on April 18, 2022. I have since gotten communication once from them about how I can ‘pickup my order if they can’t ship it out’ despite paying almost $10 for shipping of an art print and a card. This was intended for a friends birthday back in May, and I have requested a refund more than once. It is now June 25, 2022 and I have not received any of my purchase at all. I now have to file a dispute with my bank because of them refusing to send out my purchase or issuing me a refund. How they reacted and their lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope to warn others not to shop from them.
