I saw an advertisement for a "post Christmas" sale on outdoor light displays, so I clicked the ad and it took me to Embroideryn.com. I selected an item titled, "Warm White LED Holy Family Yard Decoration" and read the reviews. All of the reviews were positive, and the pictures looked like they were of people's personal property, so I assumed it was legitimate. What was displayed in the description, pictures, and reviews, was a medium sized LIGHT DISPLAY to be placed in the front yard. The description read "JESUS NATIVITY SCENE: This pre-lit nativity set will brighten up your Garden decor by creating an attractive focal point in your yard or porch." So, I submitted the order. A few days ago, I received a 12 inch metal yard sign with stakes in the bottom of it to be placed in the front yard. This does not match the TITLE of the product, let alone the description. There are no LED lights; there are no lights at all. It is just a metal decoration...that I paid $104 for. So, I reached out to customer service to report the issue and they asked me to send the QR code. So, I sent it, but they are saying that is the correct product even though it does not match the product title, description, photos, etc. AT ALL. They are also refusing to give me a refund or let me return it. They offered me $0 and refused a return for satisfaction. Of course I would like my money back, but this is more so about making sure this company does not take advantage of other families. They need to be stopped!

Ordered in December 27, 2022. Filed a complaint with PayPal when I hadn't received item by end of January 2023. PayPal gave 12 days for response. Item arrived one day before deadline and was not at all as description. Was totally not what was advertised and extra money was charged from what was agreed upon. PayPal is requiring another claim after I contact Embroideryn first. No response as of this time.

After contacting the company’s customer service letting them know that I did not receive the item I ordered, they just told me that they checked and that it was correct. I even sent them pictures of what I received which was a 20 inch nativity scene. this was supposed to be a large outdoor nativity scene. I even sent them a screenshot of what I ordered vs what I received. I did not receive the item I purchased and was refused a full refund. Horrible customer service that used broken English. I have asked several times to send me a supervisors contact information which they will not do. Offered me 5.00 for my trouble.

They advertised a yard nativity and shipped me a table top nativity. No description of sign. Simply photos and videos of people assembling a yard nativity. What the shipped me was no taller than paper towels. I emailed them and they claim I got what I ordered. The photo in the yard is what was advertised. The photo by the paper towel is what I got. There are more pieces so it will look like a miniature of the yard nativity. But this is not worth $48.06

We ordered a Nativity Set that was to be 5-6’ tall for our front lawn. What we received was a 6 inch cheap cardboard Nativity Set not even acceptable for a tabletop. They just say they are sorry and to gift it to someone!!!!!!!! We want our $50 returned!
