Purchase made via an Instagram ad. Apply Pay used. Continuous contact with email customer support. Claims incorrect addressed used by carrier. Claimed resent package. Package not received over 2 months later.

I attempted to order a bathing suit from this company, which said it was being shipped from Germany to the United States and tracking information, stopped once it reached California. I have never received the product. I have contacted them through customer service with no response.

I ordered a swimsuit off of Instagram and it has been 2 months and it has not arrived yet. It said that it was coming from Italy and then when I got to the states the tracking information stopped being updated. I have contacted the company several times asking of a refund and they won't give it to me.
