Purchase item on 5/11/23. Seller initially confirmed that expedited shipping would allow for the product to arrive in time (within 1-3 days). I paid for the expedited shipping, and the product never arrived. When I addressed this after the 1-3 day period had passed, seller then told me there was a 2 week processing period before the product would be shipped out. This information was not listed anywhere on the website, nor disclosed when I made the initial purchase. I then asked for a cancellation, as I no longer needed the product. Seller refused, claiming that the item was already shipped. However, this was not true, as the item had been, and still currently is (as of 5/22), in preparation. I asked for a refund, but seller refused again. After trying to resolve issues with seller, I ultimately filed a credit card dispute and got money back from my banking institution. Seller proceeded to blackmail me, threatening to publicize my information for “stealing”, for filing a dispute.

Had let me know item would arrive in 1-3 days with expedited shipping. Purchased the order it did not arrive in time. Asked to cancel order, seller refused. Asked for a refund, and seller refused to give me one. Seller then threatened to post my information on multiple accounts for “stealing from businesses”. Message attached.
