I received an email from a woman by the man of Kelly Eppenger email address([email protected]) she stated they pulled my resume from Career builder and would like for me to interview as they thought I'd be s good fit. I'm the email it stated to reach out to a Vanhan Simonyan. This is what I was informed to do to proceed in the email. (To proceed further with the job, you are to start a conversation with Mr. Vahan Simonyan on Zoom Cloud Meetings. Kindly install the Zoom Cloud Meetings Application on your Smartphone or PC. You can install the Zoom App on your phone from your App Store or Play Store and Log in to proceed. You can reach out to him via his Zoom Email ([email protected]). Send an invite to Mr. Vahan Simonyan the Interview Manager and message him for the interview & briefing and comprehensive job details.) I initially did not move forward as I thought it was a scam. I then reached out and asked if they were still hiring and was invited they were. I reached out to Vanhan Simonyan via zoom as stated above. We spoke, I was told to follow up Monday at 8am via zoom. I did so and was informed I was selected for the job. I received a offering letter along with an application. I was then informed to reach back out via zoom with Vanhan Simonyan at 8am. He weren't over information and told me that the company does not allow it's employees to pur***** any of the equipment and software from their own money, rather the company will send me a check to pur***** the items needed using there vendor IBM (this is a remote position). On 11/15/2022 I received a check via FedEx. The FedEx envelope sender listed was Honeywell Phoenix in AZ. I've was a check for $2000 and a generic letter from their alleged Chief officer of Finance David Williamson I was instructed to take a picture of the check as confirmation that I had received it and send it to ([email protected]) it also stated I would need to send images of the deposit receipt, how much of the money I used, how I paid for the supplies and the date the funds were used. I went ahead and deposited the check into my account with ***** Bank on 11/17/2022. ***** informed me via message that the check would be deposited to my account on 11/17/2022. ***** later messaged me to inform the check was being reviewed and the new deposit date would be 11/28/2022 but informed the funds may not be deposited due to information received from the issuing bank (Westbury Bank) or due to information that ***** has in their system. I informed Vanhan Simonyan of this he stated he would reach out to their finance department and get back to me. After not hearing from him I reached back out to him for an update. He stated the finance department would be reaching out to ***** headquarters to see why they would not cash the check for their employee. After not hearing from him again I reached back out for an update. He stated (They said we should wait until tomorrow and if they deposit doesn’t go through then ***** bank does not tally with the account the check was drawn from and if that’s the case then we can ship out your items to you once discussed with the vendor.) I have informed him that I was alarmed by this and asked if they were affiliated with Honeywell Phoenix, he stated they were says Honeywell Phoenix issues the checks for Embleema. I also asked why they would need to issue a check to the employee to pur***** equipment form their vendor and ask the employee to deposit the check into their account then contact him to purchase the equipment he stated (Four good reasons why you are needed to make orders for the supplies and software programs.

1.The company does not have the software programs because we don't specialize in accounting software.

2.This is to show how committed you are to work for the company.

3.The software vendor is the vendor all our employees have been buying from for years now and you will make the order from him/her to enable install the accounting software's programs with disc and have it shipped overnight to you via FedEx.

4.Your training supervisor needs you to get these programs ready to enable you to work accurately with him or her.) I am now very concerned, as I completed the application which has my SSN and address on it. All communication done via zoom.
