DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 2 chunky blankets for Christmas. I did not get either one by Christmas, it took over 1 1/2 months to receive my orders. When I did finally receive them in January, they were the wrong sizes and the quality was absolute crap! I reached out several times, and all I got was “we apologize for the inconvenience, we are working with our fulfillment team to get this resolved. Never heard anything back and was never able to get ahold of them again. SCAM! I am out $200.

Don't buy anything from Ember and Field! They are extremely slow to process orders and shipping took well over a MONTH! Their quality is poor, communication is slow and unhelpful. Lastly, they have a satisfaction guarantee but it has been months and the company will still not process my promised refund!

Ember and Field (emberandfield.com) or related sites avenuhome.com are selling home products that are very low quality. I purchased the Chunky blanket and waited a month to receive it. After seeing how poor the quality is I contacted [email protected] to return the blanket as they don't have any return information (e.g. address, return authorization steps) on their site. I exchanged emails with "Maris" every 2 weeks for the past three months and have not been able to get a return address or authorization despite the commitment that my return was being 'processed.' This company is a scam, selling low quality products at a premium price and not honoring the return/warranty policy. Do not attempt to purchase from them.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any customer service. Not only did they send me a knock off blanket of what they are advertising but it came in the size of a wash cloth. I absolutely couldn’t stress enough how upset I am about the situation. Not only did I get bamboozled for $70 but on top of that I’m still waiting for a “refund” that has yet to come. This is the worst product and customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a chunky blanket 40"x60" for $69.99 for my mother for Christmas. Did not receive by Christmas and when i did it was a 20"x20" chunky blanket that came from a person in New York. It is NOT what was advertised. Have received approx 6 emails saying they are sorry and will get one out to me with tracking number. Still nothing!

This company looks good and it was advertised on Instagram. I bought an icelandic sheepskin rug for $59.99. What I received a month later via China was a $2 piece of fake fur cut in a sheepskin shape. Although website says they accept returns and guarantee all sales, there is no way to return. When you email the company about the order, you get no response.

I order an item off their website on December 11th. On their website it states free 8-12 day USA shipping. Once I received the order number and “tracking” number it was a Chinese shipping tracking number and states, still to this day, “processing”. I have contacted this business more than 6 times regarding getting refunded for the order that is clearly not coming. I will quote the final response email from this business.

“ We apologize for the delayed response.

Please be advised that the order status has been fully fulfilled. As much as we love to help you with this, we regret to say that we are unable to do cancelations on processed orders at this time.

We truly apologize.”

They have taken my money and ran with it. I won’t be getting an item and they have no intention of refunding my money from this scam.

I've purchased a blanket from this "company", asked for a refund and received a message stating the refund can't be processed since the order has shipped, which hasn't happened yet almost two weeks later. Email responses have since stopped.

I found the company through an instagram ad. Ember and Field is the name of the account and they claim to sell higher end blankets and bedding.

Don't buy anything from this company.
