Spoke to agent "Olivia", agent ID=970 who refused to disclose true parent name of company even though I asked repeatedly (conversation recorded and disclosed recording to agent). Waiting for charges to be reversed and had to lock credit card until issue resolved.
Overall elder elder abuse scam.
