Applied for a remote data analyst position on LinkedIn with a company called "E&M Health". The next day I received a text message from a "Gary Bright" stating that the was a hiring manager and wanted me to begin the interview process through Skype. The person would text only and asked some legitimate interview style questions such as work history and why I would be a good fit with the company. The person stated that E&M Health was a affiliated company of Embleema. After a brief discussion, the person stated that they would send a check through the mail to purchase equipment that I would need for the remote job. I was also asked verify my shipping address and verify myself with a snapshot of myself. The person asked me to meet them again online at 0800 AM the next morning for the rest of the hiring process.

The initial text message I received came from (213) 577-1289. When you call the number all you get is a voicemail box.
