Did the same thing to me. Product came from California. I canceled it as per their instructions in plenty of time on the website Well before it went into "pending shipment". The first emails I sent to them went through. Then they blocked me. They sent the product anyway, from CA. They offered me 19, the 20 then 30% refund to keep the product. Then insisted I send it to China at my expense for any refund. I've kept every single email involved. Even blocked returns. PayPal is of no help. They obviously get a cut. I'm opening formal complaints. DO NOT BUY FROM emakelifegood or any of the other names they use.

I ordered Two Dog Beds from one them, two different colors. I received one of them but the other has not been delivered. I used the tracking number that was provided through paypal (I did not receive an email, I had to pull up the transaction in PayPal to get the tracking) and it says delivered, not partially delivered or anything like that. I emailed the support email given through Paypal and I keep getting sendback emails stating that they are unable to deliver the message to the email address given. I would be happy with a refund or delivery of the second bed.

I ordered 2 calming dog beds from this company and have not received any shipping or acknowledgment that they received my order. Emailed them and got a MAILER-DEAMON saying they were unable to deliver my message December 28th. Ordered beds on December 24th.

I ordered a dog bed for $60 and haven't received it nor have i received any confirmation. I tried to email but emailed was rejected. Have no other way to contact or get a refund. Total scam!

I ordered a dog bed, started suspecting it was a scam when I never received an order confirmation or shipping notification. The bank account transaction read Tian Jin Hao Qia, even though the paypal merchant was listed as "emakegoodlife". I never received the product, nor a response from the vendor.

Ho ordinato un letto per cani 49 dollari che mi hanno preso subito dalla carta di credito .non e arrivato nulla e non rispondono. UNA TRUFFA!

I ordered a "calming dog bed" online from this company a month ago and charged it to my credit card. I received no confirmation on the order, nor have I received the product. I have emailed the company several times, gone to their website to look for another way to contact them, both to no avail! The reviews on their website are very negative, with several people stating that they are scamming folks.
