They lure you in through articles on the web about resolving a common issue, then they ask you to download AnyDesk and they remote into your computer and then ******** you about being able to resolve your issue, that the issue is (and this is really absurd) and internet infection and that they can install security software that will fix the issue. do you want to be covered for 3 years or 5 years?

I stupidly had let them remote in before I realized this was a ******** scam and that my computer was at risk and any PII was at risk so I may have lost PII even though I told them that I wanted them to disconnect immedlately. I really don't know what they were able to scrape off of my system and I'm concerned.

They sound like they are based in India.

They are dangerous and should be put out of business immediately.

I am not sure of what they may have gone through on my computer or saved passwords when I allowed them to connect. Very stupid of me.
