I applied to a house rental through the zillow website. I paid the $29 to have a background check and credit check done already when I applied to house. **** answered and told me to come look at the house. Me and my wife go to look at the house and meet **** but he says his name is Eddie. We like the house and want to get it and he has us fill out another app even though we filled out the one on zillow. He said he didnt get the application from zillow. So we pay him $40 a person for me and my wife. We asked him who owns the house because he keeps referring to them as the company, he says Faith Construction. When you look up faith construction there is no information. He wont tell you his last name. He wanted cash for the application fee but i got a money order. He had me make it out to ***d [censored] which i just found out is him. I told him i was going to report the listing and he took the ads down. He has all of my personal information.
