ElvesSupply.com came up in a google search in looking for a part that we needed for a job. I made the purchase and ElvesSupply.com IMMEDIATELY charged the company credit card. When I contacted them two days later to inquire about a tracking number, their response was "the product availability was not advertised as being in stock." When I asked, "Is it in stock?", they sent the same email but highlighting the sentence. There is no phone number listed to call them - the only way to contact them is via email. That is fraud to advertise that you have something, charge the credit card, and then not be forthcoming about availability.

Ordered 12 boxes of 9v batteries (12 per box total 144 batteries) for $83.88 S&H $12.99 Total $96.87 The company sent me one box of 12 batteries, not the 12 boxes I was expecting. When I requested they send the remaining 11 boxes I was informed that I had only ordered 12 batteries... Note: one 9v battery is NOT worth $6.99. I asked to return the unopened box they replied that they do not take batteries on return.

I have been swindled and taken for a lot of money.

Note: 9v batteries can be purchased online for $.69 ea. The price I was lead to believe I was getting them for from Elves.
