As order was placed no confirmation was sent back thus losing any screenshot. Found an email on the webpage and sent my concerns. Received a response to provide a order number that I was never given. Explained they have removed money from my bank account and want a refund. Long delays after emails are sent and no good explanation as to the product or delivery. My bank has noted this charge and I am cautiously monitoring the situation.
