I ordered online in June 08, 2023. Emailed a few times as the status said 'awaiting shipment' several weeks. Emailed to cancel and they responded - 'sorry, we're very busy. Please keep waiting.'. Received poor quality clothes on July 10 that did not fit well either. Immediately requested a refund (on July 10 via email as there is no phone number on their website). Have emailed them several (about 12) times since then and still do not have a Return authorization number as their website said they will not accept returns without it. It's now September 1, 2023 and I still have the clothes that I desperately want to return.

elsiu.com is proud to offer its great products at fabulous prices to customers across the globe. Our company is based in the USA, so our products are all made and shipped from South Carolina.

However, when you click contact us it says can only email them and gives a UK address and phone number. It will not let you copy and paste that part of the information.
